Return & Refund Policy
Standard Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items purchased from Clarus Pool & Spa within 30 days of the original delivery date, as long as they meet the following conditions.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be new, unused, and in original, unopened packaging.
- Only one opened unit per product SKU is eligible for return; all additional units must remain sealed.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Ineligible Returns
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
- Subscription orders that fall outside the cancellation window (see below).
Returns Process
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@claruspool.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
We’ll send return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if eligible.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed. We won’t be notified, and no refund or replacement will be issued. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Customer Support within 3 business days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- A description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact Customer Support so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Subscribe & Save Returns
- Subscribe & Save items follow the same 30-day return policy.
- Changes to your subscription (pause, skip, cancel) must be made by 4:00 PM PT the day before your next scheduled shipment.
- If a subscription order processes before cancellation is submitted, the order may still be eligible for return per the guidelines above.
Wholesale & Reseller Returns
Authorized Resellers must follow the terms outlined in the Reseller Policy. Summary:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
- Products must be unopened and in resalable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Damaged goods must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photo documentation.
- Resellers are responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse.
Purchases from Authorized Marketplaces
Products purchased through authorized third-party platforms or marketplaces (such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, or others) must follow the return policy of that platform.
- We are unable to process returns or refunds for purchases made outside of claruspool.com
- For assistance, please contact the customer service team of the platform where you placed your order
