Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Free standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- Orders placed after 11AM PT will be processed the following business day.*
- Orders placed after 11AM PT on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.*
- Overnight orders placed Friday before 11AM PT will be delivered the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to be available.
- Orders valued at $400 USD or more will require a signature at delivery.
*Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing during peak seasons and holidays.

International Shipping Policy
- Clarus currently does not offer international shipping.
- We only ship orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- We do not ship to Canada or any other countries outside of the United States.
P.O. Box Shipping
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- A physical, verifiable street address is required for all orders.
- At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or use alternate couriers.
Subscription Order Shipping
- Domestic subscription orders ship free within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- Individual subscription orders can be combined if they are shipping to the same address and payment record, using the merge feature in your subscription dashboard.
- Combined shipping will automatically occur for subscriptions scheduled to ship within 48 hours of one another (maximum of 2 shipments combined).
- Shipping charges for subscription orders are subject to change.
- To manage or combine subscriptions, please log in to your Clarus subscription dashboard.
Wholesale Shipping
- Wholesale accounts receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- Expedited or express shipping options, if selected, will be subject to additional charges.
- Wholesale orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required.
- Shipping rates for expedited options will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Backorders
- If an item is out of stock but available for backorder, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- Payment will be processed at the time of order placement.
- Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
- Estimated shipping timelines for backordered items will be provided on the product page when available.
- If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship your in-stock items first and your backordered items separately at no additional shipping cost.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your backordered item has shipped.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.
- Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier used for your shipment.
- If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Once your order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to your shipping address.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact Customer Support within 7 business days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact Customer Support so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to Customer Support within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage for faster resolution.
Scheduled Closures
Our fulfillment centers are closed on major US holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed during these closures will be processed on the next business day.
