Warranty Overview
At Clarus Pool & Spa, we make warranty support simple and hassle-free. Our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase, even beyond the initial return window.
This limited warranty is provided by Clarus Pool & Spa and applies only to products purchased directly from claruspool.com or from an authorized retailer. It does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Follow these steps to get started:
- Confirm your product is within the warranty period (see coverage by product below).
- Have your proof of purchase ready (order number or receipt).
- Do not dispose of the product, as you may be required to return it or provide photos.
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@claruspool.com with:
- Order number
- Product name or model (if known)
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos, if applicable
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Important: Do not return any products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
What’s Covered
Clarus Pool & Spa products purchased directly from claruspool.com or from authorized retailers are covered under warranty against defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal conditions and according to provided instructions.
If a product experiences a performance failure during the warranty period, contact our Customer Support team with proof of purchase to request service.

We offer a limited warranty on all Clarus Pool & Spa products. By registering your purchase and signing up as a Clarus member, you may qualify for an additional 1-2 year of warranty coverage on eligible items, such as filter systems, bundles, and other qualifying equipment.
Extended warranty eligibility may vary by product or promotion.
Bonus Coverage Available
Want to double your coverage? After registering, you can unlock 1–2 additional years of bonus coverage on top of your Extended Warranty by redeeming your Bonus Warranty. Learn more here.
Note: Registration is required to unlock either form of extended coverage. Bonus Warranty must be redeemed within 30 days of delivery by submitting a qualifying social media post. Visit our Warranty Registration Page for eligibility and instructions.

Warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.
*Replacement filters are covered for manufacturer defects only. Damage from wear and tear, water chemistry, or improper handling is not covered. †Warranty periods for filtration systems may vary based on model. Refer to your product manual or listing for details.
Bundled Systems & Multi-Component Products
If your Clarus system includes multiple components (e.g., a filter housing and replacement cartridge), please note that each part may be subject to its own warranty period:
- System housings or equipment are covered under the stated warranty periods based on their type.
- Filter cartridges or test reagents included in the bundle follow their own limited coverage and are only covered for defects, not normal usage.
Refer to the product listing or manual for specific warranty terms by product.
What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts (e.g., test reagents, O-rings, filter media, seals)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers not listed as official partners
- Any product without proof of purchase
- Open-box, used, or refurbished items sold by third parties
- Cosmetic damage not affecting function
- Product loss or theft
- Issues caused by:
- - Improper installation or use
- - Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., freezing temperatures, chemical damage)
- - Accidental damage or misuse
- - Modifications or repairs by unauthorized service providers
Products that have already been repaired or replaced under warranty do not receive a renewed coverage period. The original delivery date still applies.
Warranty Service
If your item qualifies for warranty service, we may offer one of the following solutions.
- A full or partial refund, depending on the condition and issue.
- Repair of the defective component or part.
- Replacement with a product of equal or comparable value.
Authorized Marketplace Purchases
If you purchased your product from an authorized third-party retailer or marketplace (such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowe’s):
- Warranty coverage still applies, as long as the seller was authorized.
- Returns and refunds must be handled through the platform you purchased from.
- Warranty service (repairs or replacements) will only be offered through Clarus after eligibility is verified.
If you're unsure whether your seller is authorized, contact our support team before submitting a claim.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal upon delivery, or failure to sign, and it is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipment fees and any applicable restocking fees.
